The beach house is single level and equipped to accommodate up to 4 couples or 2 or 3 families and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), huge living area, spacious ktichen with breakfast bar overlooking dining area, and laundry. 

Main bedroom (with ensuite) and second bedroom both have queen beds, third bedroom has double/single bunk bed and fourth bedroom has two single beds.

The living area and three main bedrooms are air conditioned.  There's also ceiling and wall fans throughout.  The well equipped kitchen has new oven, microwave oven, large two door refrigerator, smaller drink refrigertor and 214lt chest freezer.  There's TV, bluray player in the living room and washing machine in the laundry.   

A large all weather patio with BBQ and outdoor seating suits alfresco dining.  It’s the ideal place to relax at the end of a day at the beach or out on the Ningaloo Reef. 

There's off street parking for 2 - 3 cars and trailers.

Other than consumables, everything else is provided.  Linen is available, at an additional charge, please enquire at time of booking if required.

Credit card facilities are available -fees apply.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday.  Should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate a different booking time.
